③The Controller panel operation of the bakery digital electric commercial steam convection oven

- Click the digital convection oven power switch, the convection oven can be operated.
- Click the digital convection oven light switch, the light works.
- After the temperature rises to 200°C, turn on the steam switch and then
automatically spray water to produce steam.
- When the digital convection oven door is closed, the fan can automatically work. Conversely, the fan will automatically stop when it’s open; the fan adopts the function of forward and reverses rotation. The internal setting is set for each delay of 13 seconds to rotate forward for 1 minute and then delay for 13 seconds the fan
reverses for 1 minute, so the cycle repeats following it.
- Set digital convection oven temperature: The oven door must be closed before setting the required temperature. After the temperature is set by the controller, turning on the heating switch and the electric heating tube will start to work. When the chamber heating is heated to the set temperature, the controller is power off and the chamber is in a constant temperature state. And when the temperature is lower than the set
temperature, the controller starts to work again and always keeps a constant
temperature.
- The timing function
when baking food needs timing control, please click the Electric convection oven timing switch. When the set baking time is reached, there is an alarm sound. If the timing switch is closed, the baking time will be manually controlled.
- The baking effect
The upper part of each layer between the left and right side plate has a row of air
outlet and the lower part of the air outlet has an adjusting plate for adjusting
the air outlet. During the oven baking process, if the front and back, left and right, up and down parts of the chamber are not evenly baked. You can fine-tune that part of the adjustment board to control the air outlet so as to achieve uniform firepower
in the Electric convection oven chamber.
