oven OPERATION MANUAL

  • Turn on the gas convection oven main power, the power indicator light.
  • Turn on the power, the gas convection oven starts working.
  • Open gas convection oven fan switch, then the fan indicator light, the fan has “AUTO” and “MANUAL”, the oven will stop working and the fan stop when you open the door if you set auto process; the oven and fan will not stop when you open the door if you set manual process. Please be careful when you open the door if set the manual process in case of getting burnt. The fan has a reverse and forward function, and it rotates forward or reverses for 3 minutes after 10 seconds delay in the default value of the fan. And it continues working in this way.
  • Set gas convection oven temperature: The temperature must be set after the oven fan starts working, the heating is controlled by the temperature controller, gas convection oven starts heating after setting the gas convection oven temperature. Fire failure if it is alarming, so you should return to null then fire again. The red light of the temperature controller on shows that the gas convection oven starts working and heating;The green light of the temperature controller shows that the chamber temperature reaches to the setting temperature and the oven stopped working and heating. The temperature controller screen displays the real temperature of the oven chamber.
  • Gas convection oven Steam operation: Open the steam switch, the timer relay will display the steam time, steam time= jetting time+ interval time. Setting the steam value as per your demand, the jetting time much longer, the steam value much more, the jetting time much shorter, the steam values much less. The oven will interval jetting automatic during the setting time, the steam indicator will light when it jetting. It will continue jetting interval of 10 seconds until the setting steam time over, each jetting hold 0.5 seconds.
  • Gas convection oven Timer: Open the timer switch when you have timing demand, the timer indicator light, then set the baking time. You should control the baking time by workers if you not open the timer and set oven baking time.
  1. Baking adjust : There is a line of wind channel on the right side of gas convection oven chamber, and there is a wind adjustable plate under the wind channel, you can adjust the adjustable plate up or down, right or left to control the wind value until you get the good baking effect.
